Child Safety Standards

MedFlow has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation, including content, behavior, solicitation, grooming, extortion or abuse that harms or endangers minors.

1. Zero Tolerance Policy

MedFlow strictly forbids any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation. Any user, group, page, or content that violates these standards may be removed without notice.

Sexual content involving minors is prohibited

We do not allow any content that depicts, promotes, requests, or normalizes sexual activity involving anyone under the age of 18.

Grooming or predatory behavior is prohibited

We do not permit attempts to befriend, manipulate, coerce, lure, or exploit a minor for sexual purposes or inappropriate private interaction.

Requests for exploitative material are prohibited

Soliciting sexual images, videos, private conversations, or exploitative content from minors is strictly forbidden.

Extortion, coercion, or trafficking related conduct is prohibited

Any form of manipulation, intimidation, blackmail, or exploitation involving minors will lead to immediate action.

Promotion or linking to abusive material is prohibited

Users may not upload, share, store, advertise, direct others to, or facilitate access to exploitative or abusive material involving minors.

MedFlow may remove content, suspend access, permanently terminate accounts, preserve relevant information for investigation where appropriate, and cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities.

2. Scope of These Standards

These standards apply to all user generated and user controlled activity on MedFlow, including but not limited to:

Posts, images, videos, and comments

Public and private content shared through the platform.

Usernames, bios, profiles, and links

Account identity elements and linked destinations are also reviewed under these standards.

Community interactions and off platform redirection

Attempts to move exploitative activity off the platform remain prohibited.

3. Enforcement Actions

Where we detect or receive credible reports of violating conduct, MedFlow may take one or more of the following actions:

Content removal

We may remove posts, files, captions, comments, profiles, or linked resources.

Account restriction or suspension

We may limit features, temporarily suspend, or permanently ban violating accounts.

Escalation to authorities

Where appropriate, we may report illegal activity or credible threats to relevant agencies or law enforcement.

4. Reporting Unsafe Content or Behavior

MedFlow supports user reporting of harmful or concerning activity. If you encounter content or conduct that may violate these standards, please report it immediately through available in app reporting features or by contacting us directly.

Users should report suspicious posts, profiles, comments, or interactions through the reporting tools provided inside the MedFlow app where available.
